After the rain

It absolutely chucked it down during the day today which is good news for the garden, but seems to have spawned (tee hee!) a load of mushrooms in the wild flower gasden near the teasels:

Today I did a bit of sowing and planting in the evening:
Sowed a 20-module tray of runner beans (I'm trying a succession this year - well two sowings anyway).
A similar tray of blue lake climbing french beans (earlier sowings were not very successful - this time I have put two in each cell)
A 40+ tray of spring onions.
I have also planted out a few more (self-sown) wild flowers in the front and back gardens.

Some peas are nearly ready and the broad beans are getting there. We are self-sufficient in lettuce!
